Out and about in Datchworth

A decent door-knocking session with Julia Florence our fantastic Labour candidate for #Aston, #Datchworth & #Walkern in East Hertfordshire District Council elections

Thank you to residents for their time. We spoke with a police officer who told us about service cuts and was interested in Labour’s plan for 13,000 new PCSOs. We also spoke to a couple who’d set up a business in the pandemic but struggling to pay business rates and they were pleased to hear about Labour’s plan to reform the business rates system and cut rates for small property based businesses.
